So my 91 honda civic was backed into and i was curious the best way to repair this. I know many of you are thinking its a 91 honda who cares but iv put a fair amount of money into this car and is now in perfect working condition, and then this happened. Hopefully this link and open and it should bring up a picture : Needless to say its dented pretty bad and is about one inch crunched back from the hatch. I was wondering if i should get a donor car and just cut n replace, or can i hammer it out. I need some opinions from people who know what to do. Thank you!

I brought the picture into your question for you. That is not something that you should ever attempt. There is a lot of damage there and all that metal has to be pulled back into the correct position and shape or you are going to have major leaks. Get it to a body shop for an estimate. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

NO,NO,NO...................... You can only make it a lot harder for the body man. Leave it alone.
