'92 Lexus LS400 Exterior Panel Removal

'92 Lexus LS400 Exterior Panel Removal Sign In
Anyone have instructions on how to safely remove the front-left (driver's side) paneling over the wheel? Found two bolts under the hood along the panel and some screws in the wheel well, but didn't want to try and force it off in case I had missed one.
