Hey I hope this is in the right category, but I have a 2002 f150, white, my bed is rusting out more than very other part of my truck so I'm looking to get a new bed, I'm having trouble finding the same year and color bed so what I was wondering can I get a bed from a newer truck and would it fit? Whether I find a 2008 or 2015 bed that might be a fw50 or f250, does anyone know if they would got without looking horrible and the bolt pattern is the same with the same side fuel door, any help is appriciated

Totally different body styles would look ridiculous even if they did bolt up which most won't.

Just curious, but is color a concern in sourcing the correct bed for your truck? You can spray it to match the color of the rest of your truck if you find the same year and style bed that is a different color.

I just didn't know if there is a body style that is similar or from what years would be the same, but I prefer it to be the same color but I guess if I found one that's rust free I would repaint it, I've been looking and there is a lot of Ford beds out there but haven't had much luck finding a clean 02 bed

I know my model truck is 97-03 but I found a clean white bed with a liner on a 04 that looks very similar but I'm not sure if it would actually fit and the fuel door will like up
