Im a bit of a hypochondriac so when I say im little worried, please note that its an understatement and im hoping to get some mental clarity by people who may know a bit more about the topic than I do. A few years ago I installed a Carbon fiber front lip on my car. I took it to the dealership for my annual service and one of the service guys rammed my car into a cement parking block, essentially destroying only the underneath of the carbon fiber front lip. Not visible unless you look from underneath the car. Since it was not visible, i decided to not replace it and keep the money. since then, a year has gone by and recently i have developed some consistent irritation with my throat. I am worried that somehow, the carbon fiber particles are making its way to the inside of the car, whether via the A/C or what ever other method possible. This is bothering me to the point that I may sell the car that I love very much. Please do not roast me as im already struggling with this issue. DO i have any cause for concern here?

That idea is just way out there. There is nothing from under the car getting into the car. If it makes you feel any better just switch the HVAC system to recirculate and it won't take in any outside air into the system. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
