try some rubbing compound on the discolored area - NO it will not be perfect but getting the white paint removed might lessen the visual.
My wal mart - parking lot often has a dent and scrap repair turck crusing* around looking for these type jobs - use caution and have a talk with them.
The bumper fasica to fender will likely need a clip and some muscle and the above make this their stock and trade...

* a mobile body shop is a slight overstatement

oka i got the part about the rubbing compound. I'm not really worried about the bumper sticking out i just need the visual damages gone.

* The PDR means "Paintless Dent Repair" you called mobile scratch and dent repair biz is mobile but forget that, this is beyond that.
As Kev2 said you can make that look better with compound - read labels for which type I'd suggest a mild one.

The real problem is the FR fender is bent! Now you would be in for some bucks plus super check that the bumper skin is secure and can't just fall off now as I see one mounting hole showing (small square in plastic) not attached - others may be totally broken almost all beyond repair if so. Lots of bucks for a perfect repair for even this.

If you can put up with it not being perfect fine just make sure it's held on well still,

T
