Door Dent Removal Sign In

I have a 4 cYLINDER, 2002 Ford ranger xlt 2X2 with +- 125K.
The driver side door has a dent, I removed the inside door panel thinking I could access it from the inside and...well you probably know, I wasn't able to. The door doesn't open and close smoothly as a result of this dent and I'd like to bang it out. This is a work truck and not intended to be a show truck. Do these dents requre a special tool to bang out or do I need to remove the metal panel that is under the inside soft panel to get at it?

Here are pics if needed.

I'd love to be able to knock this out enough to have the door close smoothly. Thank you for taking the time to read this!

That dent looks like it should be tackled with a suction cup from the outside.

To totally fix it they would have to use some tools to work it from the inside if it still needs more.
