Paint touch up help needed Sign In

I have a 2012 fiat 500. I recently got into an accident and had it repaired. From the repair they had to take some factory decals off so I was left with partial decals. I decided to remove the decals instead of have them put them back on. Long story short i removed them and used a tool that didn't work too well and now I have some paint issues. Based on the picture i have attached, is there any way to fix this without having to get the entire fender painted? The spots look like they are just the clear coat, it doesn't seem as if paint has been taken off.

? "They" you mean a body shop I hope? Why didn't they put it all back right before giving it back to you?
Your picture didn't show - it's tricky here try using something like Photobucket works for some.

Really don't need it as by description you've harmed that paint job lightly or not would have to be redone by all odds.
IDK - would putting the decals on as they should be totally cover minor scratching?

So hard to say without seeing this in person. I have to suggest taking it back to the body shop to get their advice on the right fix with or without decals that are only for cosmetics,
