Hello.

I have an impression in the rocker panel under the door.
The paint is undamaged:

Is it possible to remove the dent (~9"/ ~ 25cm long, ~1.2" / ~3cm deep) myself?
E.g. hammer out from the inside through existing or self-drilled holes with a metal rod?

What are the possible methods?

Thanks.

By "sill under the door" I assume you are referring to the rocker panel.

This is a fully enclosed and heavy duty portions of the car. These are difficult areas to repair even for highly experienced auto body techs.

Yes, I used Leo.org to find the english word Wink.
There are several words there.
I added a photo.

I have NOT been in biz for "pro" repair (replacement) of these and yes "Rocker Panel" is the name of those.
Look at your own picture see how it also pulled away some at the right side. That just made it harder a lot as Hammer already said it's a hard repair and is.
There may be "spot welds" there plus other areas clamped and welded NEW by looks wouldn't fit because of that right side.
Unless this vehicle is in remarkable shape I would NOT go for assorted tricks to just fill that in with other junk filler or get the new piece and cut away just that area so there's metal over it could look OK for a while.

Full real repair would have to be quite costly, go get some estimate if you wish from shops that do that specialty here called "Auto Body Repair" should include paint as well.

No joy with that one,

T

OK, there was no picture the first time I responded but now that I see the extent of the damage it appears that panel is going to have to be cut out and replaced. There is no way to straighten a dent that size in that panel.
