Should I get this scrape fixed

I drive a 2022 honda Accord sport 1.5L.
Recently noticed this scrape inside of the driver-side door behind the top speaker. Not sure if it is past the primer or not.

I am not really worried about how it looks as it is quite concealed but I am worried if this could start to rust over time. Should I get this fixed, and if so how should I go about it? For context, I live in South California

It's not going to rust as it's on the inside of the car. Put some wax over it if you are worried about it.
