Touch up or buff out?

Hi! I have a bit of a body damage on this 19 Lexus GX460 SUV. There are 3 separate areas (2 on the rear bumper) and 1 on the front bumper that have small damage. The size is less than 1/3 of a penny.
Should I do a touch up or such damage can be buffed out, please?

Those are pint chips. buffing doesn't add paint. It removes it.
