Truck Textured Rubber Bumper Scratch Repair Sign In

I'm trying to find out how to repair a large scratch that I have in this black rubber part of my truck bumper. The scratched off part of the rubber is bunched up at bottom of the scratch. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to do this?

Also, does anyone know the name of this bumper part? I can't seem to find the proper name of it online for the life of me - haha.

Here is a link to the picture of it:

That can be filled and resurfaced by an auto body shop.

Thank you for your response.

I would like to try an avoid going to a body shop for this. I'm looking for a solution that I can do at home - perhaps there is some filler substance that I could use? Just not sure which one/what tools to use for this.

I'd love to do brain surgery at home too but unfortunately just like body work, it's a talent that takes years to learn.

What do you want? If just remove the "bunched" up plastic just cut it off and look at it. If you want this to look like nothing happened either a body shop as said or new parts and the tools to do it.
I'd call that a "Bumper End" for starters and probably wrong with the name. Go to a dealer and find it whole with new fastener(s) if you wish as I doubt those round plastic ones will work well twice if at all. It's its own trade to learn.
If mine and I cared enough I'd replace that all with new,
