Hi,

how can i fix it?
Here is the vid of the mechanism while i lock and open it from the central locking:

Video only marginally helpful - Seems to go back to it's "open" spot. Key not moving is the clue to me, stuck or broken parts but probably just needs carefully watching what should move and isn't. Lube with light lubes like WD-40 or a silicone spray.

There should be 'jaws' to grab a hook not seen in that of some sort and some of that type if pushed by mistake by hand you have to release it by hand to be ready to lock again while holding it in "open" direction by finger, key or pushing/pulling on that actuator motor's rod might do it. If that you would notice now that it doesn't close fully now even if not latched.

This car not sold to the US where most of us are but these mechanisms vary car to car in exactly how they work. It might also have a sensing mechanism on the top that isn't allowing it to lock?

After watching that video...I felt like I was tied up and had duct tape put over my mouth was shoved into the trunk as the lid came down.
