Trying to pull dent out

I have a 2001 Honda CR-V that has a dent on the rear driver side quarter panel. Was wondering what would be a good route to go. Im new to body work and want to do it myself. Just wanted to see the best route to go. I have a picture but am unable to upload. Thanks

Auto Body repair is a skilled trade and not a DIY job. It takes these tradesman years and year to learn this trade.
You won't accomplish anything beyond making it twice as expensive to correct the damage you do to it.
