Water leak in truck cab.

I have had a problem with several water leaks in the cab of my truck (Ford Ranger 1988, 2.0L, Standard trim). To start with I had water leaks all over the floor on both the driver and passenger side, and in the back corners.
I have replaced all the weather stripping around the door (on the cab) and on the door itself. I have also replaced the weather stripping around the sides and top of the windows and along the bottom. It seems to have stopped most of the leaks but I'm still getting a leak in the back corners behind the seat. I have checked my back sliding window and haven't
found any leaks from it. Both sides of the truck seem to leak in these
back corners but the passenger side is the worse. I feel at a loss where
it might be coming from or what to do next. If more pictures would help
please let me know. Thanks

We can't tell you what is leaking in your truck. That is something that you will have to locate for yourself.
We may be able to advise you on the repair once you have pinpointed the cause.

Didn't look at pic and don't need to. Try this - use good painter's tape one by one area or thing it COULD be and see if that stops it when it would naturally leak.
Do you have roof mounted clearance lights? Those are more common if you have them if not windshield most likely done or not it didn't work. Either rubber to glass or rubber to metal. It's possible to have some pretty wild unseen rust under the rubber and water will travel,

I guess part of my problem is I'm not sure where it could be coming from. If I fixed the doors, side windows and checked the rear window what is left? I'm not sure what clearance lights are so I'm guessing I don't have any (nothing installed on the roof, and roof is dry). When testing I did use part of your idea with the painter's tape but I also used a paper towel to see if it got wet.

I do this stuff still for folks. BTW - clearance lights are more for full size trucks, mandatory on some. They are multiple lights and lenses on roof.
It's almost never the doors but rather fixed window. I say windshield more likely because it gets full force water not the back so much.
Easier that painter's tape but don't leave on so long is Scotch 700 electrical tape carefully done. I do this both for water and funks whistle noises from lousy windshield jobs new or this old usually a bad windshield. There are supports in roof that can carry water. Doors less likely. As HT said, you find it and we can suggest. If that much of an emergency and truck is show condition and you want it now glass shops will find it for you up to gassing the interior and sniff out leaks - not necessary IMO,

HAHA in show condition, sorry my old truck is a rust bucket. I did have it looked at by several body shops and they said there is no holes and is still good to go. Don't think anything is wrong with the windshield since nothing on the dash or front part of the truck is wet but it wouldn't hurt to check it out. I hate the idea of waiting until next spring to dig my hose out, I guess I will have to wait and see what the weather does. When I can get more information I will post back on here. Mean while I do have a few other project on the truck to try to get done that I might need some help with.

Trust me it's your windshield all rusted out where you can't see it.
That's why I suggested the electrical tape as you can leave that on forever and do a neat job doesn't show at all. Just so side and top but do separate runs of tape glass to rubber and another rubber to body metal. Forget the hose that's not what it's exposed to like driven rains or driving.
If noticed on only the floor look you may see rusty stains as it came down from the top and yes windshields wet floors too or worse your floors are rusted out as well and time to think about this truck being in shape for safe use.
Home centers have the tape mentioned. It will not mark paint and pulls off if not way too long or in tons of sun nice a cleanly. That or leave it on as said because windshield will likely be busted taking it out,

Water leaks can be very strange. They can originate in the left front of the cab and show up on the right rear. You have to follow the water stain right back to it's origin. I have seen windshields have a leak on the left that travels all the way to the right before it shows up. Leaks in the roof can travel all over the truck before they show up.
You need to start removing trim and following water stains.

Best thing is to rip the seats and carpet out and have someone with a water hose spray around the cab while you are inside looking for the leak source.
Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
