You should swing into a local body shop and get some estimates. Believe me, a good quality and experienced body shop can do amazing things with metal. You have severe damage in structural areas that are enclosed and boxed in. The door would have been repairable if the hit was in a different place but that is going to need at least a new door skin. The damage behind the door is going to be far more difficult to repair because the door jam itself is severely damged. They will probably buy that section used and cut out the damaged part and section a new piece in.
