because of the nature of the scratches and the material (Toyota AURIS 2017) they have no clue what to do, we proposed a cash settlement and we'll forget all about it.. they asked us to come back with a price. What should I charge? it's 3 small but very clear scratches on the dashboard.

This is not a US sold vehicle so I have no labor time or price info on it but the only way to completely repair it is to replace the dash pad completely. The part is probably worth over $500 and the labor to change it could be 8-10 hours so I doubt they would ever agree to that much. Just determine what it's worth to you to live with the scratches. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

That sounds reasonable.

Not my area but looked at what it takes out there. OMG it's involved! Idea: See a used car dealer some would have tricks if just scratches. Color may be a paint/dye a new one might only be grey? In short, more $$ if that can't be I call it faked nice again ASK seeing it in person will really help. You may pay a little help to zoom in on cost of a real repair/replacement. While looking like you did to find here was close or exact to a Toyota Camry. Different destinations new can and will have different specs required the US and Canada are the worst IMO on that, T
