I'm not an auto body tech but if I just had a paint job and it had a problem I'd be discussing it with who painted it. It may just be too thin in that area/spot. It'll match better longer if you tend to it right away - that I know, T

I've seen where a contaminate of some kind can be on the surface, when its painted it will "cover" the contaminate and look great. after time, sometimes as little as a day or 2 to a week or so (depending on cureing of the primers, sealers and top coats) will bleed back through. only fix at this paint is to redo the affected area. one example is writeing on a surface to be painted with a "sharpie" marker you can prime, seal and top coat it and think it looks great but within a day you will see the marker again, especially on lighter colors. occasionally, a filler or spot putty, could also be the culprit, not knowing if there was repair where the stain appeared. kinda long but i hope this helps. as mentioned before i am a bodyman.
