Before saying anything I just want to state that I don't know too much about vehicles.

I purchased this car a year ago and the ABS light has always been on, but it has only recently been getting worse. When braking going downhill the entire car shakes because from what it feels like it is the driver side brake is doing all the work while the rest aren't doing much of anything.

Took it to a mechanic and he hooked it up to a machine and it read out that the pump was the problem.

Went to a junk yard to get a replacement but it didn't fix the issue. (Maybe the pump from the junk yard was having the same issue?)

Bought some new sensors for the brakes and that didn't fix the issue either.

Checked the brake lines and they seemed fine. No idea what to do now any help would be greatly appreciated.

? Are the ordinary brake parts OK? I mean like calipers, pads and rotors all worn the same and free to retract? ABS can have a problem and the hard brake parts be this up front issue. Testing would show along with looking that each wheel's brake parts are in order including flex hose check if one is stuck it would pull, get hot, shake is possible from excessive heat.

You said you didn't know much about it but the tech should. ABS can default to regular brakes and drive and stop fine still requires the wearing parts to all be good,

ABS is not causing your brake problems. That has been disabled as long as that light has been on. You need to have the car inspected by a competent tech in your area.
