I need help yaul. My family vehicle, which is a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4.0l rwd with 213,000 miles, just had its brake shoes redone. (Possibly by me) a couple of mess ups since it was my first go. 1) the banjo to the wheel cylinder was not tightened all the way & a good amount of fluid came pouring out (i was in a rush) did not run out of fluid in the master cylinder though. I fixed that issue & bled the brakes 2) i was worried about over adjusting the self adjuster so i very likely under adjusted them & had no parking brake & my brakes would go to the floor before engaging. I could pump up the brakes after i bled them again & they would feel hard but the moment i would use them as a daily use, the pedal would sink to the floor again. I went to adjust the self adjuster today & i can no longer rotate the drum while in park, i still have no parking brake so i don’t think the adjuster is too tight (loosened the self adjuster all the way still no motion in the rotor)(also took the rotor off & still cannot spin the wheel) not sure what the issue is. Was just going to take it all apart & check over everything again but some help beforehand would really help. Also, i noticed when my truck is in park, my rear passenger axel spins as if in drive… not the rear driver side however.

I only have one piece of advice.

Call a tow truck and have it towed to the nearest competent repair shop before someone on the road is killed.

Brakes is not where you learn how to work on cars.

I have to "2nd" that motion/advice. Please don't do brakes without competent help to supervise in this case too late tow it and don't kill anyone including yourself. We all learned as well glad for the right help I had sadly now over 50 years ago! (age is its own pest)
