2003 Kia Spectra 1.8L Auto

In the last week I have been experiencing quite a few issues with my car that have started all at the same time, and I am a bit lost on what is causing it.

Note: master cylinder, break pads, calipers, rotors, drums, actuator pistons, & proportioning valve are all under 20,000 miles old

Symptom #1 - I virtually have no breaks when going under 25 MPH
Symptom #2 - The car "over revs" occasionally when stopped, and lurches forward
Symptom #3 - When going under 25 MPH, and I take my foot off the gas peddle, the car will sometimes "over rev" and lurch ( coasting to a stop is impossible when it's doing that)
Symptom #4 - Rough idle

I'd be looking for a severe vacuum leak. that could account for most of those issues.
