hi everyone this is a 2001 corolla, the brake linings are all fine an there is no any fluid leakage,this car come with ABS the problem is when the brake is depressed it doesn't stop right way i mean it goes few meters to stop, could this be a brake muster cylinder failing to create hydraulic pressure,and the air all bleed.

? Could be a list of reason including water soaked brakes if that's happening or failing to power assist. YOU need to know the difference and conditions. For now don't drive this unless you have a safe place to test things out. Does parking brake work properly? They are NOT as good as regular brakes but if it totally wont stop it should if slow and testing a fix or finding the cause.
Too important of course in a case like you said if you are not up to checking and knowing more it has to go out for the fix.
A bad master that can't make pressure your pedal should fall to the floor or close and might respond on a second try. Slow or not boosted would greatly increase pressure you apply and feel like a hard pedal. Neither of just those two possible problems always consume brake fluid or leak and pad wear usually isn't a factor if any left intact unless broken up out of sight until taken apart to fully inspect. It matters how much you can diagnose and describe or this isn't a DIY job IMO,

Hi thank you for your help, so the brake components look to be fine, I still don't know why it's not stopping right way rather than few meters after, I would like to know if you have any other suggestions,

Did this problem start after a brake job? Did you make sure the rear drum shoes are adjusted up?
Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

no it was there before I replace the rear shoes and front pads, the thing is I rotate the drum to make sure it's touching the shoes slightly. right now i don't know where to star, to figure the problem where do you suggest.

It doesn't make a rat's butt what the parts LOOK like it's how they work buddy. Now you've mentioned this problem was before and after tossing in new pads and shoes no doubt just that not more and perhaps a few of those fake brake jobs now it's all messed up and would take mega miles/kms to so called break in if the did at all.
May not be that at all. Let's begin with finding out what I said the first time which is the chance of little or no power assist. Do you know how to check it - bet not. Car off, pump brake pedal till pedal is firm from lack of power assist. Now just hold you foot on pedal and start the car and it should recover the assist and your pedal should drop some more towards floor. If it doesn't do that right away you have to investigate why it doesn't. Frequently a vacuum source to booster not right. Could be clogged with sludge, split with a leak, swollen hose or for some reason not delivering full manifold vacuum quickly if it does at all. YOU have to test and observe it working right away and it also should provide power assist a stop or two AFTER engine is shut off and hold that for even days!
That's just one thing that can make brakes not strong enough and the parts of brakes at wheels still look good and doesn't consume fluid. Your response was it "looks" good doesn't cut it.
Adjusting rear shoe type brakes meaning drum brakes is primal. You do NOT just adjust anything till it rubs but know that specs are in order as well such as drum diameter is within spec which is almost always marked on the drum. If that is way the heck off nothing is going work properly including parking brake which alone can totally mess up brakes if cable are not free and if improperly adjusted the "regular" braking action will be impaired forever for that set.
That could express itself as too much pedal travel before brakes apply as your post suggests you don't feel braking for a short distance. You need to explain just what when and how fast and far you travelled and how far pedal travelled and feels while this problem happens to focus in on more not just text message one word or one line.
This is BRAKES so if you or device you are using can't explain use something that can or get help. You can't fake (I think you have been as a guess) brakes forever by just tossing pads and shoes all the time. Yup, people get away with that and do that way too much without a clue of the specs for the rotors or drums, how to lube what and where and what to adjust and how.
So far the only thing we know from you is pads and shoes are NOT showing they are worn out nor does it consume or leak brake fluid but doesn't stop as you expect and that's not enough info to go on.
Brakes are another lousy DIY thing on vehicles if don't have comprehensive understanding of how they work. You are here asking and need to start over with the whole situation you are experiencing and what the last brake job really was or have this inspected in person by a professional,
