1991 ford club wagon noise while turning

i have a 91 15pass ford club wagon. newest problem is clicking/grinding noise from left front tire while turning, whether stopped or driving. believe it may need greasing and have found access point for greasing but would like verification. only vehicle i have to move 6kids and wife around so i need to keep it running. Thanks,

If this can make this noise while stopped then it is probably something with the power steering. Check fluid level first and if low find out where it's leaking. Keep that at proper level or pump failure will happen. PS makes a buzz/grind type sound.
Any and all greaseable suspension, steering parts - any on driveshaft if applicable, should be on the periodic maintenance list anyway but wouldn't make noise sitting still,
