When i put my foot on the gas, my car sometimes makes a sound similar to a go-kart or a motorcycle, happens a lot when i go above 20 mph. i am getting a lot of mixed messages on what this and the urgency with it has to be fixed. Seems like it might be an exhaust issue and who knows to what degree without looking right at it.
