noise sounds like its coming from the passenger side front end near the wheel.maybe even twords the front middle. its mostly when i hit the breaks but sometimes it just does it when im driving. some days it doesnt do it at all.. the noise is kind of like those little bells on kids bikes that you ring with your thumb. if anyone can figure out what im talking about and help me out it would be appreciated.

As always these things are tricky and more tricky when intermittent. Try tapping on exhaust with a rubber hammer and see if it rattles. Also on sway bar as the pins can make that noise. Look for missing rubber bushings and you mentioned the brakes may be the problem or make the noise so they should be checked out as well, T
