I have a 2001 Chevy Cavalier 2.2L with 163,xxx miles

When attempting to start the car it's struggleing and not catching . It's making awful grinding, chugging sounds and the engine is shaking quite a bit. I am able to hear that the fuel line is active but I have not done any further research with the fuel system.

The battery is new
Spark plugs and ignition wiring are less than 6 months old
I replaced the small ignition fuse in the cab (The ones under the hood seemed to be in decent shape)

I had my alternator and started tested and they got good readings, I'm just unsure on where to look next.
I'm sure the issue is looking right infront of my face but I can't seem to trouble shoot this issue.

I was able to make a video and put it on youtube to capture the sounds and movements that it's making to better explain my problem.

The title of the video is 2001 Chevy Cavalier Misfiring or the link is https://youtu.be/lrRxK8OoMh8

That sounds about normal for an all crank, no start situation. For that you find out what is missing and follow this link (here) also for the check list,

Do you mean fuel pump? Maybe you should start by checking fuel pressure using a fuel pressure gauge.

Pressure should be 53-59 psi.

To me it sound like a fueling issue. The engine isn't getting any fuel. You can also spray some starting fluid into the intake duct and see if it will run off that. If the engine runs while your spraying it, that would eliminate a spark, valve timing, and compression issue.
