2003 ford mustang Sign In

I have a 2003 ford mustang I changed the ccrm and fuel pump but my cooling fan still runs constantly and no start plz help

Look for your coolant temp sensor and make sure it is plugged in and there is no damage to it. Open circuit to the sensor will make it default to on all the time. If that looks OK look around for any wires that could have been added by someone else to make sure someone didn't rig it up to run that way.
