when i speed up it gets louder, kinda sounds like a Cessna. when i turn the wheel to the left it quiets down. thought in might be the bearing but not really sure

no i do not think so and it sounds like it coming from the drivers side also noticed last time i did the front brakes the drivers side rotor was worn more than the passenger side, replaced both rotors. but the sound was there before brake job

Looks like you have a bearing going out or a brake hanging up. Jack up the car and check for play in the wheel, then see how resistant it is to rotation.
