2011 Town and Country starting issues after head gasket replacement Sign In

Hi all,

I have a 2011 Town and Country Touring L 3.6 V6 with 122000 miles. I recently had a head gasket and cylinder replaced at a mechanic. Since I picked up the van I have noticed a delay in starting both with push button and with key.  Sometimes it takes holding for about three seconds before it cranks up.  Sometimes it turns over half a turn waits two seconds and fully turns over to start or seems like it's struggling to start period. Now this morning it won't start at all, no click no turnover and the check engine light is flashing as well as ETC light being on. Can bad head gasket and cylinder repair cause this?

Take it back! Lots get removed to do that job so anything from something not plugged it or who knows.

Done properly that's a big job,

Tom

Start with having a battery tested
