Vauxhall Corsa 2012, 1.2 Petrol
So I just had an engine replacement on my 2012 Vauxhall Corsa D, after a failure of a conrod bearing took out my crankshaft. Now after the change there is a creaking noise when I pull away, and when the engine is under load (but there is no noise in reverse).

Bad engine mount? I had a new clutch at the time the engine was being change but that seems fine. I span the driveshafts too and they seemed ok.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

You should take it back to the repair shop that had done the work to see if they can figure out what is causing the noise. Maybe they left something loose or something is contacting something else as the engine is torqued. Hard to tell you what is causing that noise over the internet.
