2014 Mazda 3 unusual engine noise

2014 Mazda 3i Touring (2.0 liter) automatic transmission
61k miles
I just got my oil changed the day before yesterday at Jiffy Lube. Ever since then, the engine has gotten noticeably louder in the cabin, under specific conditions First, the noise: it's simply louder than it usually is, and seems to be of a deeper, lower pitch than usual. This louder engine noise only seems to be noticeable between about 1,600 and 2,400 rpm, and only in 3rd gear and above. Under harder acceleration, it occurs up to and slightly above 3,000 rpm. It is also noticeable immediately upon start-up, but not during normal idle, and I'm also unable to replicate the sound with the car in neutral or park (so I can't demonstrate the noise without driving, which is a pain because then there's road noise to contend with) The ONLY things they did at Jiffy Lube were replace the oil and the air filter, nothing else.
The car's performance does not seem to be affected at all, I don't have any dash lights coming on, I'm not getting any unusual smells from the engine bay, and the oil level is fine (I double checked to make sure they didn't under-fill or anything). The noise is enough to be annoying, and I just don't know what they could have done that would cause this, given how limited the work they did was. Ideas?

Might be a good idea to have your mechanic or a person with automotive experience have a listen. Without actually being there to hear or pinpoint the source of the noise it's impossible to even give you a guess.
Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

I kind of figured as much, I just wanted to see if what I was describing immediately rang a bell for anyone or had experienced anything similar.
Unfortunately, the noise is subtle enough that it just doesn't come through distinctively when recorded. Thanks anyway
