When i let off the gas the noise goes away and i also feel a slight vibration while it makes the noise. I have checked all the brakes to makesure the pads were not rubbing ot binding. Also I have done a lube job. Could this be a bad wheel bearing or something else? If the tensioner is not working properly, the belt will slip when you accelerate. The tensioner also has a bearing in it that can make the grinding noise along with the belt squeal.
