Acceleration rattle

Hello! I have a 4 cylinder engine. Honda accord 2003. 93000 miles. I have been all over the place trying to fix this sound. I thought it was my transmission. Long story short, sound is still there. It happens only when i accelerate. Around the 2 and 3 interval on my rpm meter. I bought the car and it ran fine, but recently this sound came up. Any ideas? You can't hear anything with all that wind noise.
Have you checked for a broken Cat.

Try this, takes just a minute to rule out. With a rubber hammer or even wood I guess tap on heat shields, all of them from engine all the way back or the pipe closest. Can even tap on tail pipe(s) can make one with a rusted out spot weld make the noise. I do this constantly even before 5 years from new on many.
If so now hoist the one found and see if another spot is still good and carefully drill a 1/8th hole and put a rust proof fastener there before you lose 1/2 of one and need a whole pipe sometimes with converter.
Other way is STAINLESS STEEL worm clamps either go end to end with large ones or sold for clothes dryer vents almost all can be held in exact position going around whole item and work properly indefinitely.
Why they do that: Spot weld wrecks the rust proofing of the stamped metal so only rusts there not the rest of those almost always.
As said this in just insanely common and so easy if it is that saves mega $100s to do vs whole pipe w converters if perfect otherwise,

Yea. The video is pretty garbage woth the wind. If you listen to the 34 second mark. After I stop at the sign and accelerate again the sound is really strong. I have taken it to honda and they put a clamp on my catalytic converter. They said that was the issue but it still happening.

Hey i appriciate your help. I think im reading your suggestion wrong. In tapping on the heat shields, im looking for heat shields that are tapping against my engine? And i do this by tapping my heat shields away from the engine all the way from the front of the shield to the back or to the pipe closest?
Then also my tail pipe can have rusted out spots? Also do i hoist the heat shield or tail pipe in your suggestion? Thanks my friend

My suggestion wasn't heat shields. It was to check for a Cat broken internally.
Hit the cat hard with the heel of your hand and listen for a rattle.

Converts, muffler's can have broken parts inside as said. Was just suggesting rule out obvious in seconds. Can be other things, hangers, motor mounts allow too much motion from a broken on. Many of these may be intermittent. Flex pipes, collars on gasket type connections,
