Car making clicking noise

My car makes this weird noise on start up but it doesn't get louder when I accelerate. I went on the highway and hit 85 for a good 30 min straight and didn't hear the noise until the car was completely stopped. I own a 2006 kia optima with 155,500 miles it's a v6 engine.
