"Clanking" noise in wheel?

"Clanking" noise in wheel? Sign In
A friend of mine has a 1989 GMC Jimmy and started making this noise in what sounds like the front passenger side wheel. It happens every time the tire goes around, whether you are driving straight or turning. You can also feel it in the steering wheel. Here's a video of the noise. Any ideas?

See if it goes away when the brake pedal is touched lightly.
Is this 2WD or 4wd?
Full size Jimmy or S Jimmy?
