Engine squeaking when accelerating 05 mitsubishi lancer Sign In

My dad was a Dodge mechanic and can't even figure this out. I have a 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally. It is a stick shift. When I am accelerating the car makes a squeaking sound that sounds like a belt. First we changed the both of the belts and it was still making the noise. I have also noticed it only makes the squeaking noise when I am driving and accelerating, not when I'm parked with my foot on the gas. It gets louder the more I accelerate when I am driving. To rule out the possibility of it being a pulley or tensioner, we even took off both the belts and drove it and it was still squeaking without the pulleys turning or the tensioner doing anything. What could this noise be? Timing belts do not typically squeak

Who told you that?

The belt may be cogged and can't slip but the pulleys can easily make noises.
You said you can't duplicate this noise unless the car is moving. Does it stop if you gently touch the brakes?

I have not tried accelerating and pressing the brakes at the same time as it only does it when I am in motion and accelerating, the noise is louder with the AC on because I assume there is more of a load or torque on the engine

Could be brake warning sensors.

Maybe it is the timing belt pulley...I have brand new rotors and ceramic pads on both front sides
