Funny noise with video included

09 Nissan Sentra
Started my car this morning and it made this noise. I turned the car off and restarted it without a problem. Then driving home it turned back on. Thanks for the help in advance

I hear kind of a whirring noise?
Turn the blower motor up & down and see if that makes any difference on the noise
