Jetta creaking sound

Greetings all, I've been having a problem with my Jetta for some time now, and was hoping to find some help for it here.
I've got a 2002 Jetta 1.8t with about 45,000 miles on it.
When going over any kind of bump, and sometimes even while taking a turn, my car makes a very embarrassing creaking noise. The noise seems to be solely coming from the front, but I cannot completely confirm it.
I took a video of the creaking sound to help give an exact example of what I'm dealing with:
