Loud Engine Sound after IACV Replacement 2005 Dodge Stratus RT Coupe 3.0 V6

2005 Dodge Stratus RT Coupe 3.0 V6
Same engine as a 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse 3.0L
Car was sitting for 2-3 years before I bought it. Has 28k miles.
- Changed Battery
- Changed Air Filter
- Changed Oil/ Oil Filter
- Changed Coolant
- Changed Fuel Pump/ Filter
Note: Error code P0135 came up for oxygen sensor 1/1. Which I replaced, error code is still present.
Car was having issues starting. I would have to give it some gas for a for few seconds for it to stay on idling. This was only happening on the very first cold start of the day.
The issue was happening when the car was bought as well.
I narrowed the issue down to the IACV, which I replaced. It worked, the car startups right away each time.
But now I have a new issue. I hear a very loud knocking or tapping type sound from the left side of the engine, at top left first fuel injector area.
- I put a long screwdriver to listen to each fuel injector that I could access, and they all seem to be clicking normally.
- If I remove the power to that fuel injector where the noise is coming from, the noise stops.
- This noise was not happening when the IACV was broken.
- The noise goes away once the car is warmed up.
- No error codes for this issue
I don’t know if I should be replacing/ cleaning fuel injectors or if it’s an another issue I should be looking at.
Any help or advice is appreciated.

It's hard to say what a noise is without being there to hear it. Unplugging the injector effectively kills the power to that cylinder so it isn't necessarily the fault of the injector. It can be internal engine damage. Have it professionally looked at.
The fact that you describe it as "loud", is concerning.
