Loud creaking sound under hood when accelerating/pressing on gas- Video Sign In

So I've been having an issue with my Dodge Neon 2004. Whenever I accelerate there is a loud creaking sound under the hood of my car, seemingly right where the engine is. It's really intense when I drive in the morning and it's cold out. It gets less intense when the weather is warmer. If I go over a bump or start up a hill I can hear a burst of creaking.

I took my car to a mechanic and they replaced my motor mounts, telling me that was what was causing the noise/vibrations. They took around 4 days getting the correct parts and replacing the mounts.

Fast foward to now: my car is continuing to make the same noise. It stopped for a day or two after leaving the shop but now it's back. The mechanic told me i need to wait longer for the mounts to break-in? It's been roughly 350 miles since)

There is no strance sound coming from under the hood when I Rev while in park. It's only when I'm in drive.

Here's a video of the sound the car makes. You can hear it better towards the end. Thanks for you help!

I don't understand why I keep hearing or reading about people that have mounts replaced and their mech or repair shop tells them the mounts need to break in. I've never seen a mount that had to be "broken in". That is BS. Usually they tell you that because they don't want to admit their diagnosis of mount replacement solving your concern was wrong. I'd say take it back to them and tell them the same noise is still there. They should diagnose it for free.
