Assuming you have the right parts and they are installed correctly, check the sheet metal backing plate to see if it's too close to the rotor in one place. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

That splash shield as Hammer Time mentioned is the most common if all things are installed properly. Somewhat rare but if the wheels are not the correct ones for that car the calipers can rub if the "dishing" of the wheel is not correct, T

He's using the same calipers and wheels he started with.
