When I started it and put my foot on the brake it made a real loud noise and the pedal vibrated. When I turned the car off the noise stayed on. I had to disconnect my battery for it to stop. It sounds like the noise is coming from the drivers side next to the fuse box under the hood.

Could be the ABS pump motor is continously running. If you go into the fuse block under the hood, there should be a big maxi fuse labeled 50 amps. The fuse number under the fuse block lid should be 02. Pull that fuse and see if the noise stops. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
