I keep hearing this noise coming from the drivers front side. It sounds like when you roll up your power windows but the noise is slightly louder. I heard it three times this afternoon when driving around. The windows were already up. It truly sounds like the power window noise but slightly louder and lasts for about 4 or 5 seconds. I have a 2012 Kia Forte. thanks,

IDK what to say you think a power window noise is as I don't pay attention unless those ARE the problem. It's not apparently so if only moving along probably a wind noise of a molding or rubber seal perhaps.
If you could record this noise it would help always hard to describe. If there's a certain speed, while turning or something else in common along with a noise it would help.

You're going to have to narrow down specifically where the noise is coming from.

It sounds like its coming from the front drivers side perhaps close to the front wheel. I am almost sure of that. I hear it when I am just going around town 25 to 30 mph. I will keep listening then.

That's a better description. Check for any loose parts, wheel well shields, mud flaps, wheel trim - just loose anything. It's possible a brake noise could make assorted noises so should be checked.
Keep going - tire pressure or uneven wear perhaps. If intermittent enough and can't reproduce this may need to take a tech along for a ride to hear it some noises are obvious some not as to likely source,

It could just as easily be a relay or module under the left side of the dash buzzing.

It seems to happen when I turn the car to the right. That seems to be the only time I hear it and it is coming from the front of the car, maybe the dash..in that vicinity.

I found a video on youtube that the person recorded the same sound that I am hearing when you turn the car to the right. Unfortunately the video did not say what the issue was or gave an resolution. Here is the 40 second video clip. It is the same sound I am hearing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6lQHDRnzx8

The sound occurs at the 23 second, 30 second and 38 second mark

Video didn't help me much wasn't said anyway. Just maybe a brake noise?
Try with light brake pressure if noise goes away WHEN you know it will happen. If worse or gone only then a clue of worn brakes or other problem with them should be periodically checked anyway,

It turns out, it was the brakes. I just had new ones put on a year ago. Today the noise became constant and turned into a scrap sound. Fortunately, my brakes were still under warranty and got them fixed up this morning. thanks to all for your help.
