REAR END HELICOPTER SOUND

HI THERE!
I have a 96 Integra 4cyl 5-speed-I recently put front and rear strut bars and am now hearing LOUD, HOLLOW, HELICOPTER-LIKE, 'BROKEN SPEAKER' sound in the REAR END. The sound is NON-STOP when the car is on and when I drive but stops when the car is off. The sound emerged a day after I put the bars on-nothing else was down prior, so I'm guessing/hoping the bars either it's too tight/loose?
Another problem: The turned off car makes a loud creaking noise coming the rear. You can hear this noise if you shake the car or sit in and out.
Please advise, thanks!

Guess?? Any chance exhaust system is hitting something now that it shouldn't?? Just look and shake the tailpipe,
