Undetected Front Suspension Noise in 2012 Ford Transit Connect Sign In

Hello fellows,

I need help finding a strange front suspension noise in my 2012 Ford Transit Connect. The noise is very tricky to detect because I had changed almost the entire front end, such as the struts, ball joints, shocks, lower controller arms, and stabilizer links on both sides, and the noise is still there. Here’s the main problem when the car is running for a while. The engine is scorching. I hear this noise, but when I start driving it, there’s no noise, and it feels like it’s a loose piece that is secure in rubber or bushing, and when it’s cold, it keeps it tight but as I drive the car and it starts melting that is when the noise happens. Is anyone who has experienced this strange noise who can help detect what that is? I’m fed up, and it’s a good van with 65k miles only. I need that van. Please help. Thank you, Mark.

Here, maybe it will work for you. It's not working for me.

I'm not sure what you mean by the term "Scorching".
Without hearing the noise it would be impossible To tell. Once an car starts to move a lot of things shift which could be a reason why the noise goes away, but like I said without hearing it, it would be impossible to diagnose.

If you could upload a clear soundtrack That could help. If the noise happens while it's sitting there open the hood And see if you can tell where it's coming from
