Weird noises when driving and turning 2003 ford focus Sign In

I have a 2003 Ford Focus. The problem im having is when ever i turn on my car its REALLY loud vibrartion. Then when i start driving it just gets worse. It has a loud rummbling vibration and shakes really bad it gets worse when i turn right. But when i turn left ALL the noise and shaking goes away and the car is fine until I get driving straight again. Does anyone know what this could be. While trying to find out why this was happening we lifted up the front wheels off the ground and took the tires off and turned the car on. When we were "driving" straight or "turning" right the right tire wouldnt turn it was like it was jerking and catching like it was trying to move but wouldnt move. The left tire turned fine.. But then when we would "turn" left both tires would turn just fine and like i said all the noises and shaking would go away. Im sure that has something to do with it but can anyone give me any ideas.

If I understand you this would be a CV joint, bearing or brake problem in that order. That would only be when the car is moving. If this is doing it ever when just turned on (running and still) then please clarify that,
