What is this "crunchy" suspension noise?

Hello,
I own a 2014 Toyota Corolla S+, approx 85k miles. I am having an issue with my suspension (I'm pretty sure), that's been brewing for the better part of a year. It began as a very rare noise that would only happen 1x, when there were big temperature issues (very hot, sitting overnight...or very cold). However, over the past 3 months, it has intensified until now it happens many times daily throughout my drive, although it's not guaranteed to be predictable.
Description:
The best way I can describe it is a "crunch" in both front wheel areas, that mainly occurs during a time when the suspension is activated (bad description), like going over a speed bump, driving over a "dip" in the pavement, or uneven pavement, that would cause the shocks to contract/extend abruptly. It can also be elicited during soft braking, when my front suspension contracts from the braking. Considering the intensity/frequency, I now know it's time to get it addressed.
My Problem: The dealership requires that I take a "drive" with them at $120/hr to hear the problem and "ID" it before they put it on the rack. I'm hoping to get some ballpark/approximate ideas here, to minimize the price tag when I'm trying to explain it to them.

Forget the video if a dealer wont take a quick ride find some other place now. Not even take a look and idea?
OK: Will do it on speed bumps so if nearby can duplicate it or maybe just jouncing front end (takes bumps harder) see if sitting still makes the noise as well yourself.
Can you see anything under this car? Can you safely get a good look? It's a bit lower with lots of assorted stuff to scrape and bust that type stuff is all over the side of roads where I am nothing can clear a baseball without damage.
Front air dams, exhaust items that are low or anything lots might show scrapes, be bent or could be just needing new strut job?
Find a place that is more cooperative you do have something to fix and if caused by how driven or roads, bumps you must use you would know better how to avoid that or just maybe wrong vehicle for the use it gets? All to be determined in person IMO,
