I have a 1995 Dodge Ram Van (conversion) The right side front calipar will engage but will not rls for several min. If this happens when the car is rolling then the wheel gets hot and I pull over to wait for the break to rls. It is a new calipar (it was replaced because of this problem) the porb still happens. Any ideas Thanks

Replace the flex line to the caliper.

As Motorhead said - the flex hose is likely. You should be prepared to replace the metal brake line and if the flare nut is rusty can be impossible to remove without twisting up the metal line. Good luck,
