When I tun my 1997 ford Taurus wagon to the right I get a deep droaning noise. It does not happen when I drive straight or to the left. Could someone let me know what this might be a sign of and estimate to repair? Thanks

Can't know how much till you know what's wrong.

Noises while moving that pick on one steering direction are usually - bearing, brake, CV joint issues. Check PS fluid level anyway but that shouldn't care which way you turn.

A funky tire problem could also be the cause. Gotta hoist and check all that moves particularly front wheels for now,

T
