I just bought this car about 3 weeks ago and It makes a loud humming/spinning noise when I go 40-45 mph and up. The noise sounds like a wom wom wom and it is definitely coming from the rear. The wom wom wom noise is louder at lower speeds than at higher speeds. When I reach 55-60 the noise is a faster wom wom wom but once i hit 64 and up the noise seems to be less pronounced and doesn't bother me as much. The noise is there regardless of braking or accelerating so I suspect it is the tires. Ive done the wheel bearing check where I jack up the car and move the wheel to see if there is any play. It is very stiff and doesn't move at all. The tread is pretty new which is why im afraid that it may be something mechanical( I hope not). My tires are riken raptors. Any ideas or help would be awesome!!!
Also I just got my tires balanced and it now my steering wheel shakes when I go at 50 mph+

Can only guess but it still seems like a bearing. While hoisted spin the wheel - it should be near silent. It can be a failed bearing long before it show "freeplay"
Also take a good look at the tires. If feathered wear and just balanced some can make noise and can be worse when rotated to opposite side of vehicle noise wise if not suggested for the specific tire don't do that.
Shake in steering suggests tire troubles again or perhaps a bent rim. Did they rotate tires/wheels when they were balanced? The problem may have moved if a tire or wheel and should have been noted when balanced,

I've spun the wheel to listen for noises but it is "near silent" except for a very very small creak noise that only seems to made at a certain point of the rotation. I did not catch it until all the cars stop driving past my house so it is pretty quiet. My tires were not rotated when I got them balanced. When checking for tire wear I could not seem to find any problems with the tread, but then again I really don't know much on how to check them. What do you mean by "feathering"? Also, I've been reading that if you turn left or right the noise will change if its a bearing, does this apply to rear wheel bearings too?

It is very difficult to diagnose a wheel bearing that was because the weight of the car will make the noise 10 times louder. You also need to push the brake pads way back when checking it like that so you don't hear any pad contact but if you hear any noise at all coming from that bearing, it is likely bad.
