2004 dodge dakota factory cd player

2004 dodge dakota factory cd player Sign In

The cd player wont play certain tracks it just plays the ones it wants to

it does the same thing with every cd

Get a can of electronic duster and spray inside the deck through the cd slot. Best to pull the deck out so you can get over all of it. Get a cleaner CD that has little brushes on the disc. Best Buy or Radio Shack will know what I mean. If those don't help, your deck is bad and will need to be replaced.

Maybe the CD player doesn't recognize the format of some of those tracks, especially if they happened to be downloaded music from the internet.

Thanks I'll try the dust spray i have already tried the disc with brushes.
